Both phone and/or fax orders can be dialed in at the number (303) 757-7787 for payment arrangements.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the products ordered and your distance from our store. We use real-time interfaces with UPS and USPS to give you an extremely accurate shipping cost. In the event S&H charges should exceed the actual amount we charged you during the Online Store checkout we will notify you by email or phone of the difference in price.
DELIVERY:
At Satn Spurs, we guarantee to get your order under way as fast as possible. Please bear in mind that suppliers may not have your item in stock immediately, so some orders may take a little longer. When ordering by telephone or fax, please ask about delivery time estimates (and please mention your personal deadlines) so that we can determine if your request is possible. If there are any significant delays discovered along the way, we will notify you -- or you can check with us by phone, email, or fax any time on the status of your order. If you are in a special hurry, let us know -- we will try to work something out if it is possible.
RETURN POLICIES:
We want you to buy with confidence when you order from Satn Spurs. Please make sure you have got the right size ordered -- our telephone operators will be happy to advise you. We are happy to accept returns of any non-custom items within 10 days of purchase, as specified in the invoice date, provided the returned items are UN-USED and NOT DAMAGED in any way. We will exchange your purchase for 100% credit, or refund your money (minus a 10% re-stocking fee). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Of course, if you receive the wrong item, by our error (in some completely un-imaginable circumstance), we will give you an exchange or full refund, including any shipping and/or handling you have had to pay.
