 Reserve rooms to accommodate any out of town guests.

 Order wedding invitations, place settings, and thank you cards.
 Make reservations for the rehearsal dinner.
 Select caterer for the reception.
 Hire a hair stylist and make up artist.
 Choose who is going to perform readings at the wedding.
 Obtain or renew passports if traveling out of country.

4-3 Months

 Select wedding rings and/or bands.
 Finalize honeymoon plans.
 Buy gifts for bridal party.
 Order wedding cake and cake top decoration.
 Purchase wedding favors.

2-1 Months

 Obtain marriage license.
 Arrange for ushers formalwear measurements and confirm pickup date.
 Send out wedding invitations.
 Finalize arrangements with florist, photographer, caterer and videographer.
 Confirm wedding day hair/beauty/nail appointments.

1 Week

 Give caterer final guest count.
 Pre-pack for the honeymoon.
 Have all final payment envelopes ready.
 Give rehearsal dinner itinerary to attendants.
 Finalize seating arrangements for the reception.
 Get travelers checks for honeymoon.

1 Day

 Finish packing for your honeymoon.
 Make sure you have driver's license, credit cards, passports, birth certificates, etc.
 Give gifts to bridal attendants & groomsmen.
 Get plenty of sleep the night before.

Wedding Day!

 Remember wedding rings, marriage license, airline tickets, passports, credit cards, etc.
 Have travel luggage all ready to go.
 Try to eat something in the morning to give you energy for the day.
